Cade and Andrew have given me my life back twice. The first time was after I had a titanium rod put in my hip to stabilize it from damage caused by cancer that had reached my bones. The second time was after a surgery to remove 49 lymph nodes from my neck (due to the same cancer) left my shoulder partially paralyzed. The physical therapists here are very caring. I had previously gone to another company. They may have been larger, but they were just going through the "motions" of helping you, but never took the time to check on your individual progress. APEX CARES about each individual, discusses your progress and their "plan" as to get you up to speed. You will NOT make a mistake if you go to this APEX for help. They are the REAL DEAL!
Let me start off by saying that if you're ever unfortunate enough to need physical therapy, this is the best place to be. Allison, the receptionist was great. She did everything to accommodate me with scheduling. Cade and Andrew were fantastic in providing my therapy which endured 4 plus months. Aubrey who I didn't have much contact with did a wonderful job with my ice compressions. The entire staff were very professional, empathetic and knew exactly what they were doing. The team of PTs here made our son feel comfortable and helped him gain back strength and agility after a break. Cade is especially wonderful! He is very knowledgeable, upbeat, and personable. My son enjoyed working with him.
