The folks at APEX are extremely good at what they do. I cannot say enough good things about how well they crafted a routine around my own specific circumstances after my knee replacement. I will be back after my upcoming hip replacement and would not consider anywhere else!

I had a great experience at Apex for shoulder strengthening and stability work. Amanda at the front desk was incredibly kind- calm, warm, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. She was also super helpful with working to get me scheduled super early in the mornings. Danny was fantastic to work with and really knows his stuff. He took the time time to focus on proper shoulder stability and strength with multiple modalities (including massage and cupping) not just quick fixes.
