I would have given 5 stars however the billing department at the HQ in IL is not the best. I received 2 calls from them that I had a balance due and I told them I never received it. After verifying that my address was correct I said there must be something wrong with your system or USPS delivered the bill to the wrong address. They then said “ We mailed the bill twice and we still have not received payment!” I ended up paying the bill online but whoever reads this talk to your billing department about how they should speak t... read more
