Therapist are working on too many clients at one time.i notice clients waiting while the therapist is with someone else. Over booking doesn’t help your customers achieve their goals.I called to cancel an appointment and was told i would have to pay $35 dollars for the cancelation. I got sick in the middle of the night and called asap when you opened. I was told i could text the phone number after the fact. And would anyone have gotten it sooner? I wasn’t thinking about Apex while i was in the bathroom being sick.
Roman and ApexNetwork Physical Therapy were so welcoming. The machines and the facility is kept nice and clean. All staff I interacted with provided that personal touch making my sessions enjoyable.
I wish to thank the entire staff for my recovery and all the patience everyone had with me, excellent staff! Thanks so much!
