Having received help with two different injuries I can confirm that all the therapists at Apex are qualified, highly knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional.
Therapist are working on too many clients at one time.i notice clients waiting while the therapist is with someone else. Over booking doesn’t help your customers achieve their goals.I called to cancel an appointment and was told i would have to pay $35 dollars for the cancelation. I got sick in the middle of the night and called asap when you opened. I was told i could text the phone number after the fact. And would anyone have gotten it sooner? I wasn’t thinking about Apex while i was in the bathroom being sick.
