I have been attending Apex Physical Therapy for the past 6 weeks. This is my first time to need PT and I entered not knowing what to expect or if PT even works. In a very short time, I was able to see an increase in range of motion, weight bearing and a decrease in discomfort. David (PT) is extremely knowledgeable and pushed me but he also listened and observed to know my limitations and how to best address those going forward. David, Sarah, and Ashlynn have been amazing to work with. Not only with me, but my wife and her grandma as well! I would highly recommend this group at Apex in Centerton.
This team is amazing! I always had a warm welcome and my physical therapist was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to visit with. He gave exercises that were very helpful and changed my daily routine little. I would recommend to others!
