I came to Apex with shoulder pain that had been affecting my ability to play men's league baseball for the past few years. I worked mostly with Catherine and occasionally Sarah and they were able to assess what my limitations were and worked with me on improving range of motion and strength in the shoulder. After a couple months of sessions, I am able to to throw without pain and made a lot more progress than I was able to on my own. Apex helped me a lot! I had a herniated disc and they gave me stretches for hip mobility, and exercises for core strengthening. I would immediately feel better after every session and they gave me workouts to do at home
The lady’s at apex are amazingly talented. I would highly recommend this office for all you rebuilding .5 stars from me
Going weekly has greatly helped my knee injury in just a few weeks. Therapists are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Scheduling has been patient and accommodating as well.
