Kayla is a master class in customer service, insurance admin, and "air traffic control". When I bust myself up, the therapists here always fix me up.
Excellent staff, very well trained and most knowledgeable. My rehabilitation is advancing better than expected, this healing and functionality have been guided and supported but every member of their staff. Being a rehired hospice nurse I tend to be very tough on my judging medical professionals, but I would have felt extremely comfortable leaving the rehabilitation of my own mother(RIP) in the hands of the APEX - Irvine group.
Vibe was right when I walked in and 10x better when I walked out every time I had a visit. Pushed me to meet goals!!
