I purchased an Apex patio umbrella for domestic use in the winter of 2024 and I am very pleased with the product. Although the process of ordering, shipping and installing it was quite complex (only because I was organising things on my own - not through any fault of the company), the Apex website was informative, the staff answered all my questions and accurately conveyed my requirements to the manufacturing end.
