Had an appointment waited 3 hours for a pickup. Everything time someone called we all got the same thing it will be 20 minutes. Veteran that was returning had just had kidney and heart failure and had to be back at facility just in case . There is no excuse for not taking so long . It was reported to the Va. also .

I was in the right lane to go onto the freeway From som center in Eastlake and one of your drivers was in the left lane speeding and cut me off and Almost caused a huge accident. How irresponsible and impatient your driver was to almost cause an accident and not being in the correct lane and he was driving a company vehicle. I hope that’s not how you train your drivers to drive on the road snd be a safety hazard to not just himself but to other people. Truck 2242 running 90mph down 77S right after 7AM jumping lanes without blinkers then just sitting in the left lane. I thought professional drivers were supposed to be, you know, professionals not dirt track guys you threw in a van.
