I’ll start off by saying that the units themselves are nice. Built in 2019 so they are nice! It’s the people living in them and how situations are handled that is the problem. Our neighbor shot a bullet through our wall and claimed it was “accidental”. The hole was patched fairly quickly but as anyone can imagine that leaves some lasting fears especially in our children who were home when it happened.
