Customer service here is great and the products are great. I went to swap out a jacket that was bought for me and was to small, no receipt and 6 months later he still swapped it out. After I picked out a safety vest to buy that was almost $40 and I explained how I go through them frequently due to towing, he redirected me to the least expensive ones that were still class 2 approved and saved me some $$. Much appreciated!
