I’ve returned to this clinic several times for various ailments since they were called Apex, and I cannot fault their treatment. Every physiotherapist I have seen has been kind, helpful, and informative. I truly feel they’re always trying to help me help myself and get the most out of every session so I don’t need to keep returning. Each time, I’ve experienced almost immediate relief from my pain and have been able to prevent the issue from returning by applying what they taught me.
Had a physio appt with Khang regarding an injury he was very onto it and provided some really good advice and information regarding the healing process
Jake helped me with general hamstring tightness and increased flexibility. I would recommend Jake to other older clients with general flexibility issues
Big thank you to Jake who sorted out my neck pain so I’m back to 100%!
