I was notified that my package would be delivered today between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. After waiting past the scheduled delivery window with no updates, I called at 3:00 PM to check on the status. Instead of an explanation or any proactive communication, I was simply told that my package would not be delivered today. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. If a company cannot meet its promised delivery window, the least it can do is inform the customer in advance rather than leaving them waiting for hours. ... read more
