I got a quote and a few days later a called for a pick up. When they gave me the price it was much higher. I spoke with Sheilia Salter and she went overboard to straighten thing out, even making the price lower. Her employer should do all to keep a person like her.
Customer service is terrible. Rude, constantly talking over you, unhelpful.
Asked for a quotation, lady was unnecessarily rude when asked about a technical question. Not worth doing business with.
We paid for inside delivery service and the delivery guy refused to do so and yelled at me calling me a crazy woman. So in the end we had to unload everything by ourselves and the delivery guy just sat there and watch. Horrible experience
Garbage. Avoid.
