Lovely driving
I was notified that my package would be delivered today between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. After waiting past the scheduled delivery window with no updates, I called at 3:00 PM to check on the status. Instead of an explanation or any proactive communication, I was simply told that my package would not be delivered today. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I got a quote and a few days later a called for a pick up. When they gave me the price it was much higher. I spoke with Sheilia Salter and she went overboard to straighten thing out, even making the price lower. Her employer should do all to keep a person like her.
