Worst Experience Ever I am frustrated with the service provided by Apex. I am currently in the refinance process on my primary residence with Apex and after submitting all the required documentations I have not received any feedback as to the status on my loan application and what makes much more frustrating is that my calls to the Loan Officer is not returned nor can I reach the main office via telephone or email. I paid for my appraisal and requested that they send me a copy of the appraisal to which they had not responded... read more
they go out of their way for you although i couldnt go fully through with these guys, if i could i really would have. they took a look at my financial situation and really tried to work with me. they even contacted my other banks for me and worked out really good deals (i wanted to own two different properties and couldnt afford some of the extraneous payments). unfortunately one of my sales fell through and didnt need them anymore but they were so friendly and they took their time with me, i would definately go back to them... read more
Great experience so far! We are in the process of refinancing, almost done with it. It is taking a long process but it is a whole lot better of a process than when we were purchasing our home. The people here have been really nice to us and helpful. They will end up saving us around $300 a month. We had high interest rates. I am thankful that we found a place that would work with us.
