I run most days and participate in high level sport, and have developed a real reliance on the services Rich provides. He does an excellent massage at a very reasonable price. I'm a fan of deep tissue massage and he's perfect for those who struggle to find therapists who can apply plenty of pressure. But he's just as good for a gentle loosen up or for those wanting specific issues addressed. Highly recommend!

Rich helped me work through some muscle and tendon issues prior to running the New York Marathon. I'm planning on booking regular sessions with him when I get back to Australia. He's a miracles worker and really knows his stuff.
If it was not for Apex Massage I would not be #movingatmybest. With Rich's help I was able to reach my big goal of racing Strongman, after only doing two prior triathlons and tackling something of this Ironman distance - I would not have been able to do this without regular treatment from Apex Massage! He always follows up and checks to see how his patients are doing and cares a lot about them. He is also loves doing massage and helping people, and it is very clear by the type of person he is.
