I have used the Apex Platinum block, great architectural future and manufactured to high tolerances. It was a pleasure to deal with Scott who assisted me through the purchase and return of the excess blocks, He delivered as promised which is rare.
I purchased some pebble Trendstone blocks from a local landscape yard in Everton Hills for a job in Bridgeman Downs. It was late December 2024 before Christmas and ordered some extra blocks for another course which they put aside and I had paid in full ! Unfortunately due to holidays etc we couldn’t get back to pick them up for 2 weeks and half of our blocks were sold on to someone else, they gave us the extra blocks from another batch that came in as a substitute but were a different color etc!!! Ordered my apex masonry bricks through my local smartstone landscape supplies. Was a slight issue with delivery, and Billiee at apex masonry moved heaven and earth to help me out....I am currently looking for more projects around the house so I can use apex products again as they are so easy and look great....and the cat loves them
I came down to Garden Grove Landscape Supplies at Kingaroy to buy some pavers and buy chance Scott the Apex Masonry rep was there and while waiting to get loaded by the crew at Garden Groves, he came over to assist me and found him very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I must say both him and the team at Garden Groves gave me excellent service. :)
