Did not communicate with me regarding divorce timeline. Was terrible with communication in general. Tried to reconcile with my ex and they quickly closed the case (fastest transaction) and when I asked to reopen the case, did not return my email. $5,000 wasted. Could've used that money towards my special needs child.
Walk-ins are not welcome and previous attempts to call were not returned. We abandoned the effort as it was a red flag of the consideration they would likely provide if retained.
