We are requesting a refund. AP French has been a complete waste of time. The platform is very confusing and Apex failed to tell us they outsource languages. There are no Zoom sessions available for tutoring in language classes .The teacher never reached out. This should not be a UC approved class. We are contacting UC to let them know this is not a real class and should not be included as an approved class.All in all we were misled, the class is a shell of a class, and Apex is refusing to give us a refund
The folks who answer the phones are SUPER NICE. But... IT TAKES DAYS TO GET THROUGH. You never get to talk to anyone. Then if you are conservative and wait on hold, the system will eventually say there isn't anyone to talk to you and leave a message which kicks you out of line.....and don't leave a message bc they never call back. Getting in contact with a live person is harder than calling any other business I've ever dealt with. It's literally IMPOSSIBLE. Our school district (BHUSD) put our daughter in Apex Online courses in mid-semester. A full course load is designed to replicate eighteen weeks of school, however, our district closed her courses after only EIGHT weeks, and Apex so far has backed their decision.
