How amazing it feels to finally get the name of the company that has disrespected my time consistently and continues to harass me as I leave this review. DO NOT BUY! Terrible business. Lies lies lies. They are on a recorded call telling me they would make sure Google would never take my business down if they did apex would have it back up in 48 hours. So I signed up. Lies. Now they don’t know what to do. I’ve been off Google for 4 months now.
SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!! I have in the past about 6 months or so have not been happy with this company. I would give a 0 if I could. They will cold call your business stating that you need help being voice search activated, then sell you on a marketing specialist. Every month you get 1 meeting at $250 per month, and then the "specialist" trying to sell you on additional services. SCAM!!~!! Spent $600 and they did nothing - took a month to get a hold of them and now they won't refund. they did nothing. They gaslight you saying you didn't open you emails and they had wrong phone number. took a month to get someone on the phone by then they say they did the work - they couldn't have because they didn't have the right information to do the work. never had on boarding call - I waited at the appointment times and they didn't call. can't just call them - their phone system doesnt allow you to talk to someon... read more
