Horrible place to do business. Brokers lie and do not pay!
It ain’t good business if they give your missed load to a different company to pick up 3 hours earlier than your RESCHEDULED appointment waiting overnight next to the shipper but what do I know 😤 maybe just cancel the load completely and reschedule it with another carrier , dispatch booked that load not the driver that was unloading a 2 eight foot tarped load that took forever to get unloaded and packing everything back at the time he found out he magically has to teleport to pickup , just cancel the load next time if time ... read more
Horrible business tactics. I was in a conference call when Jay Thakkar called. I answered his call and he proceeds to tell me if I don't remove my Google review then he will file a false freightguard report. Avoid Jay Thakkar and Apex Freight. They will cost you days of your time and countless dollars ($1,500 to be exact)
Awful company, they’re leaving fake 5 star reviews in order to offset the real review. Treating truckers poorly when your business relies entirely on truckers is unprofessional at best.
I have worked with this company for many years and they have always delivered great service. Josh is my broker that I have used and he has always communicated exceptionally well and when I need a truck he is on the job within minutes. He has a great ton of knowledge in the trucking business as he has worked in this business for many years.
