Brought bike in with a flat tire and tire was flat again in a few days. Took it to freewheeler and they fixed it up and explained the tire tube used was incorrect.
Aaron came by to my home, and changed 2 flat tires. I got new tires for my road bike, since I had the old one for years and the tread was gone. The work took 15 minutes, and he was done. Price is a bit on the pricier end, but he's really nice and tries to clear his schedule to fit his customers.
Had an emergency with a wheelchair and this shop was able to help on a split second notice. He was so nice and understanding about the situation and did a great job at fixing the chair. Will definitely be coming here next time I need help.
Fantastic! The owner was able to do magic for our broken stroller! He had lots of parts in store and saw us the same day! Highly recommended!
Brought in an ebike inside its box for a professional assembly. Aaron was cool, relaxed and very knowledgeable. We discussed future upgrades to address some of the shortcomings of the included components that I will most definitely have Apex take care of in the future. It was an absolute pleasure riding the bike home at 23.7 mph... knowing everything was trued, lubed and locked into place 😃. Thanks Aaron!
