Spilled a bit of water on my laptop and shortly after got a black screen and no response to anything. Apex never answered their phone, never responded to voicemails, no sign or answer at the home we found at address on website. TechEspresso picked it up, returned about 30 hours later working fine. Very pleased with them, wasted time on Apex.
Grace at Apex Computer & Mobile Repairs did an amazing job on my iPhone battery replacement. This was my first “non-Apple” battery replacement so I was a touch nervous, but I know Grace stands behind her work. I dropped off my phone as scheduled and returned less than hour later and the work was done and my obo e was ready to go! I whole heartedly recommend Grace and Apex!
The screen on my iPhone died. As a self employed home inspector, a phone is critical to my work. I was able to drop my phone off later on in the evening and it was fixed and ready to go by the middle of the next day. Really awesome service! It’s what keeps me coming back to Apex. Thanks very much.
Grace was awesome to deal with and very down to earth, glad to see she cares and helps out the older generations too when we were having a conversation about Spyware about something that popped up on my phone .
