I was referred to Grace Wong from a Facebook post and I could not be happier with my service. I ran my phone over when it slipped out of my shallow pants pocket and the phone was extremely damaged. I brought my phone to Apple and they wanted absolutely nothing to do with trying to repair it. I asked them to please make the screen functional so I could buy iCloud storage to retrieve my photos. Grace is affordable, reliable, and will honestly tell you if what you are bringing is fixable or not. Her time estimates for repairs are also spot on. My phone screen needed to be replaced TODAY and just 4 hours after it broke, I am home with a fully repaired and functioning phone.
