My friend landed from Singapore and she had booked a car. But en route to Perth their family experienced a tragedy and she had to fly back home. We went to Apex to see if we could cancel. Without any explanation, seeing how distraught we are, the lady just compassionately cancelled the car with no fees. Thank you kind lady. Goodness will come upon you.
Was great experience plus shuttle service to and from airport
I had a bunch of questions before I booked my car online for In January (will leave another review then) but wanted to say that I talked to a lovely lady called Vanita who was so helpful! She was friendly, we had a laugh, and most importantly she was straight with her answers and gave me all the info I needed to know. Thanks Vanita!
Definitely would recommend the full coverage insurance, helpful staff and reasonable prices, perhaps myself will be the return customer in one day
