Dreadful service and customer care. Office has one staff member who seems to be bouncing around to three different kiosks. Office also feels more like youre entering a dodgy parlour than a car hire office. Online offers "after hours drop off" but fails to mention the $50 fee associated with it - and after hours isnt anything obscure like 3am, im talking a weekday drop off at 7am is too early so youd need to pay $50 for the privilege. Efficient service, clean car and not too expensive.
Appalling service from the branch manager. Booked a car 7 months in advance only to be told just 1 day before the booking that my reservation is cancelled due to “technical glitch”. Downgraded my booking from a Toyota Hilux to a MG HS, and charged 40% premium. Car assigned was extremely poor condition from Avis (yes the company is part of Avis).
