租车整体体验还可以。我在这里还车。有个问题，我租的车在旅行过程中，提示车钥匙电量低，我联系了霍巴特门店，店员让我自己买一个电池换上，把收据拿给还车店铺，他们会报销费用。我还车当天也把电池收据给了一位女士工作人员，她表示需要转达给经理处理。现在已经过去一个月了，期间我多次邮件给租车公司，未收到回复，也没有报销我垫付的车钥匙费用，钱虽然不多，但是服务体验不太好。

Both ladies we dealt with were very pleasant and friendly. The hiring and return process was easy with a quick lift to departures the end.

These guys were the cheapest going out of Launceston airport. We got a pretty new mid-large 4WD that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the competitors. Service was great from everyone we dealt with. They're situated only a cpl mins drive from the terminal and were there to pick us up 5 min after we contacted them and after dropping off the car returned us immediately to the terminal. Literally couldn't fault a single aspect of their service and would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service from Wendy and her colleague at Apex car rentals at Launceston Airport. Everything was very well organised for the car collection and the staff were very pleasant. We used the pick up service from the airport, and it’s only a two minute drive from the car rental location. Very convenient and fast service. Thank you.
