We had a fantastic experience with Apex Car Rentals in Launceston. (Booking #2787846) The lady who assisted us was super helpful, genuinely loves what she does, and went out of her way to make everything smooth. She was very accommodating and caring, even helping us arrange transport when we needed it. Apex also has a great variety of SUVs to choose from, and the prices are very competitive compared to others. Overall, we’re really impressed with both the service and the value. Highly recommended!
June 2025 - first time using Apex Car Rentals anywhere! Shuttle bus collected us at Launceston airport - the lady looking after us was great! In no time at all we were off in a fairly new X-Trail and it performed faultlessly. Upon return, quick, friendly and no "after surprises" like some rental companies! We're back in Launceston in December and already booked with Apex. Very impressed with them!

Hired a car in March recently for nearly a week. Pickup from airport was quite fast after calling. Although only a container office it serves its purpose.. Car was clean and no issue encountered.
Absolutely amazing customer service from Diane! She was the perfect way to begin my trip and was extremely helpful with the car and with amazing suggestions of things to do in Launceston.
