租车整体体验还可以。我在这里取车，当时说我租的轿车没有车了，给我换了一辆三菱欧蓝德SUV。但是还车时有个问题，我租的车在旅行过程中，提示车钥匙电量低，我联系了霍巴特门店，店员让我自己买一个电池换上，把收据拿给还车店铺，他们会报销费用。我还车当天也把电池收据给了朗塞斯顿门店一位女士工作人员，她表示需要转达给经理处理。一个月后，收到了租车公司的回复，说会报销并补偿损失，目前正在等待退款金额到账。

Bij aankomst met de Uber dachten we dat we verkeerd waren gereden. Er stonden namelijk geen huurauto’s op het terrein. Binnen stonden meerdere mensen te wachten en er bleken fouten in het boekingssysteem te zitten. Er waren geen huurauto’s over om te verhuren. Waarom dan toch 5 sterren? De medewerkers v Apex zaten zichtbaar met de handen in het haar en waren aan het rennen en vliegen om zaken te regelen. Men gaf binnenkomende klanten de keuze om elders te boeken of 1,5 a 2 uur te wachten. Het wachten werd uiteindelijk beloon... read more

We hired a Mitsubishi outlander with a rear facing baby seat from Apex and pick up / drop off couldn’t be more smooth All the communications leading up to collection were so clear - there was even a video of where to walk to (brilliant!) to be collected by the shuttle bus The very friendly shuttle bus driver also had a baby seat ready in the bus to take us to collect the car This is the second time I’ve used Apex and I will continue to use them - they are the best !
