We hired our car in Brisbane, with a wonderful lady who also cared and helped when I became ill as we arrived from NZ). 3 days later, due to Apex's awesome flexibility, opted to keep the car an extra day to drive to Gold Coast. It was very simple and the Gold Coast Apex ladies were also absolutely brilliant. So cheerful and friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced and an e collection vehicle. Would recommend every time!

Good price, Staff were very friendly, we didn't have to wait for bus, bus driver packed our luggage and the car was great, really impressed with the whole experience
A little bit disappointed with the service. We hired a car with this company a couple weeks ago, requesting a rear-facing car seat which my husband specified would be for our 5 month old baby. Their website also states the car seat would be for a baby 2.5kg - 9kg so we thought it would be all good seeing our baby is 7kg. When we got there the car seat had no inserts for my baby, it was suitable for bigger and older babies.
