Do not rent through this company. They firstly took over 40 mins to pick us up from the airport to take us to their office, initially saying to us at 4.10pm the last shuttle is 4.30pm and to hurry as we were awaiting to collect our luggage as they were on their way, and then when we called again at 4.25pm, they said again they were on their way but were waiting for customers to return to the airport which was not true because no customers in shuttle. I had a deal with Apex Rental Car, renting a car every week and extending the rental on a weekly basis. However, when the holidays came around, they suddenly called me and told me they were taking the car back to rent it out at a higher price. They raised the price from 190$ to 500$ and left me stranded. Meanwhile, my friends who were renting with Bergain Rental Car had fixed prices and were able to extend their rentals even during the holidays. They were not abandoned like I was. Very happy with the whole experience at Apex. The staff were so friendly and it was so much cheaper than other companies offering the same service. A free shuttle bus was there to promptly transfer us to and from the airport. We were also very pleased that we were given a free upgrade to a slightly larger hybrid car which was very clean and perfect for all of our travelling needs. Will definitely be using Apex again in the future.
