I didn’t have a great experience . When I called from the airport to be collected , the person was rude to me . It took over half an hour to get picked up . Then when we were dropping off the car to return home . The driver didn’t show at the correct time , almost making us miss our flight . I would not use again .
A pleasure to deal with Apex. The price was amazing and all inclusive. The vehicle was excellent and such a relief to not be slammed with hidden and extra costs, as experienced with other companies in the past. They are highly competitvely priced and the ease and full disclosure when booking online was refreshing.
Awesome rental car company! Rented for five days on recent trip to Cairns. Upgraded my vehicle which was already well priced for the three days. Shuttle service to and from airport was comfortable and very efficient. Staff were really friendly and understanding when I was running late to return the car. Will definitely rent here again. Great fleet of modern vehicles of all types - perfect for cruising around FNQ!
I can honestly say this company saved my trip! At the airport, there were no cars available and the few options left were over $700. I called them, and within minutes they had a solution for me. I was able to rent a car for under $400, they even sent me a video with clear instructions on where to meet, and picked me up in less than 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly, and they gave me a brand-new, spotless car equipped with a baby seat for my little one. Fast, affordable, and reliable – 100% recommended!
6 days hire in late Aug 25. Paid about $520, incl zero excess, two drivers and baby seat. New Mazda CX3, good car. Shuttle pick up was quick and professional, depot is less than 5mins drive, and check out was professional. Also I left my phone on shuttle bus on departure and they rushed back to the airport to give it back to me. Highly recommend.
