Easy drop off and had bus to airport
Absolutely disgusting customer service from the male shuttle driver with tattoos on his head. Talked rudely to my friend and I, mocking us when we asked for help with our bags and told us he hopes to never see us again in his life. Absolutely appalling when all we wanted was a hand with our heavy luggage from the big tall man who drove the shuttle. He also dropped us at the wrong terminal, I wouldn't use apex brisbane again! Had great experiences at other apex locations in the past so was very shocked!

Had great experiences both times renting cars. There were some battery issues the first time, was quickly fixed for me without needing to go back and forth. Great value, clean and neat cars, smooth drive! A special shout out to Rob! Great customer service, very thoughtful and awesome!
I had a disappointing experience with this company. Less than a day before my booking, I was notified of a policy that applies specifically to Australian residents and requires an additional $1,000 payment. This was particularly confusing given that I had already secured a $0 excess. No clear explanation was provided as to why Australian residency alone attracts this extra charge.
