The teller, I believe her name is Hannah, was very helpful and polite.
I came inside and had a couple of questions and Karen took great care of me.
I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. We opened an account, never had any mail from them until 6 months later when they said each month they removed a fee from our account and left the account empty. Talking to them to try and resolve this went nowhere. They were actually nasty. There are many banks in Greeneville, I would suggest that people go elsewhere.
