Automated system is always busy, which doesn't make sense... Not to mention, but for the past three days the automated system will tell you your credentials are wrong, and it never changes. Very frustrating. Also the voicemail is full. Not exactly user friendly. On the few occasions I was able to call when the bank is open they were very friendly. Very upset the automated service works properly so rarely.
I've enjoyed getting to know the personnel at Apex Bank ,Centerville. They have treated me very well. The people that work there and management have gone above and beyond to be helpful with any concern that I have inquired about.
The bank tellers are always so nice and go above and beyond to help me with my banking needs.
Worst experience I ever had will never step foot in that bank again and don't recommend you do either!
