My elderly mother has used this bank for several years. As we have joined accounts and moved accounts, the staff have been kind, helpful, and most of all patient. Their personal touch has been much appreciated.
Automated system is always busy, which doesn't make sense... Not to mention, but for the past three days the automated system will tell you your credentials are wrong, and it never changes. Very frustrating. Also the voicemail is full. Not exactly user friendly. On the few occasions I was able to call when the bank is open they were very friendly. Very upset the automated service works properly so rarely.
I've enjoyed getting to know the personnel at Apex Bank ,Centerville. They have treated me very well. The people that work there and management have gone above and beyond to be helpful with any concern that I have inquired about.
The bank tellers are always so nice and go above and beyond to help me with my banking needs.
