I’ve banked with Apex for over 5 years. Today I tried depositing a $7,000 check into my account. They wouldn’t do it and wanted to put a 7 day hold on a retirement check. DO NOT bank with Apex. They have always been very slow and helpless at any issue I’ve ever had! Go to Eastman and bank. I didn’t even have a account with Eastman and they cashed the check for me.

Great People running a Great Bank! Mrs.Donna Dearing is the best at what she does! She made sure she helped me and my family the best she could! Thanks to her we are sitting in our new home today! Thank you for a great experience!

First off, The teller was very friendly but that’s not what I’m going to complain about. My wife has had an account here since it opened as Apex (and the two branches before this name change as well) and she has had the same information, address, marital status etc. She has received several deposits from multiple sources such as income tax, child credits, stimulus checks etc, these all have been in both of our names and there’s never been an issue or problem.
