My first time using Apex Auto and I will definitely be back! From the initial reservation to the pickup and return, they were extremely responsive, friendly and made the process so smooth. They even dropped us off at the airport after our vehicle return! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle rental in the maritimes!
Apex Auto Rentals was excellent to deal with. The staff were professional, courteous, and well organized. They picked us up promptly at the airport for the short ride to their office on MacNeill Avenue, where all of the paperwork had already been prepared. We were on the road within just a few minutes. Apex was amazing! We had another car rental cancel on us less than 24 hours before we arrived in PEI. Well we’re a group of 6 needing a larger vehicle. Apex for the win! I've used Apex for the past 2 summers for car rentals and have been very happy with them. Friendly, professional staff who pick you up at the airport and drop you off when you return the car. Cars are new and in good shape, and the cost is about 25% less than what I could find from the airport rentals.
The car was clean and in excellent condition when I picked it up, and the whole pickup and drop-off process was seamless, no waiting around, no hassle. What really stood out was the customer service. The hospitality was top notch, and the staff made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. No unexpected charges either, which I always appreciate with rental cars. Overall, a smooth, reliable rental experience. I'd definitely use Apex again on a future trip.
