Remember that this bucket shop company doesn't see any money unless it is from u & doesn't care to hear that some debt or other was paid off/lowered, etc. They only get paid a small amt for any money u send to them. SO, pls try to deal directly w/the institution u dealt with. If they say they have turned it over to collections/debt co, oh, well, then they won't see anything from u. Case closed! Also, answer no ques & just hang up. Better still, let it go to voicemail & delete & forget this dump.
Whoever trains these callers ought to be fired. They are rude and condescending. Quite frankly they behave worse than toddlers. After explaining myself AGAIN after I already texted and said I wouldn’t be paying because it was the fault of the medical facility for billing incorrect codes, this woman became upset she didn’t get her way ( no way in hell am I sharing my insurance information with her get it from the drs office) she proceeded to pout like a child and say fine let it stay on your credit report…as if she couldn’t r... read more
They violate the fair credit collection acted multiple times. I’ve told them to cease all communication besides mail yet I still see a phone calls, Nor have they sent me any type of summarize Bill that I’ve asked for. they also hang up the phone as soon as you try to record them, luckily, I was able to have a conversation after they were notified. It’s being recorded before they completely hung up, but how much are you hiding where you can’t consent to be recorded, but you can record Others?
They keep bot calling. Rings one or twice. Disconnects and a minute later i get a blank voicemail. I keep telling them to mail me a letter and still nothing. And their apex calls are always followed with other random numbers. I guess to see if you will pickup a phone call that doesnt say Apex on caller id. Very shady. I asked for a letter so i can send a payment and not over the phone. Still waiting. Luckily my phone is able to record. Every single apex call was monitored
They are a sneaky company who tried to get information from you like asking to reconfirm your birthdate and your address. They don’t answer questions and they’re pretty rude. I have no business with them.
