PSA..DONT PAY APEX FOR VIRTUA ACCOUNTS! Wait 6 mos for the next agency Sage Capitol Recovery! Much nicer to deal with!! I dealt with Debra Fusco the collection manager. A real treat! I sent a cease and desist , she still called. Then tried to over charge on a settlement saying different locations of Virtua were different like Willingboro was 80% and Camden was 70% Lies. Virtua is 70% across the board. As soon my account left Apex I paid Sage. Signed Kelly Wagner, another debt collector. This is what greed gets you Debbie!
I don’t know why Google don’t have zero star this company deserves it They don’t literally understand people can go through hardship and they fail to accommodate the situation like other places does I have worked with multiple Collection in the past but none of them just what they are doing I made a one time payment of a hefty amount of $1200 and the bill is $2300. They were threatening to leak my personal information I will be reporting them
I’m reading reviews and this seems to be a medical collection company. They do not identify themselves over the phone. Also, they ask for all kinds of personal information without saying who they are. Will be reporting to attorney general and better business bureau.
