They keep bot calling. Rings one or twice. Disconnects and a minute later i get a blank voicemail. I keep telling them to mail me a letter and still nothing. And their apex calls are always followed with other random numbers. I guess to see if you will pickup a phone call that doesnt say Apex on caller id. Very shady. I asked for a letter so i can send a payment and not over the phone. Still waiting. Luckily my phone is able to record. Every single apex call was monitored
They are a sneaky company who tried to get information from you like asking to reconfirm your birthdate and your address. They don’t answer questions and they’re pretty rude. I have no business with them.
PSA..DONT PAY APEX FOR VIRTUA ACCOUNTS! Wait 6 mos for the next agency Sage Capitol Recovery! Much nicer to deal with!! I dealt with Debra Fusco the collection manager. A real treat! I sent a cease and desist , she still called. Then tried to over charge on a settlement saying different locations of Virtua were different like Willingboro was 80% and Camden was 70% Lies. Virtua is 70% across the board. As soon my account left Apex I paid Sage. Signed Kelly Wagner, another debt collector. This is what greed gets you Debbie!
I don’t know why Google don’t have zero star this company deserves it They don’t literally understand people can go through hardship and they fail to accommodate the situation like other places does I have worked with multiple Collection in the past but none of them just what they are doing I made a one time payment of a hefty amount of $1200 and the bill is $2300.
