I recently had the pleasure of visiting Aperion Care Westchester, and I can confidently say it deserves a full five stars! The facility is immaculate and well-maintained, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptional—each member is compassionate, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being. They go above and beyond to ensure that every need is met promptly and with a smile.
The young gentleman at the front reception desk was incredibly helpful, responsible and very responsive. Greeting hello and offering a pleasant goodbye. He guided me through the sign-in and was always smiling and pleasant. I HOPED for an opportunity to share when I experience service this nice. Very nice!
