Aliya of Palatine is a top notch facility! The staff here truly care about the patients and they always make me feel welcome. The administration here is phenomenal, namely Morgan and Nurse manager Rose. You will be relieved knowing your loved one is cared for and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.

Aliya of Palatine does a great job taking care of those who live here, it's clean and homey. The administrator, Morgan and director of nursing, Rose are a dynamic duo that ensure the building runs smoothly and are always ready to jump in and help. Leticia and Lourdes are amazing CNAs who go above and beyond daily. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for therapy or care for a loved one!

Ok- listen up. Rossana is a top notch DON! She makes her daily rounds with her residents in a very thoughtful way. She is a very positive person who genuinely cares about each person who lives AND works there. She has been a pleasure to work with. I

I can’t say enough about the caring staff at Aliya of Palatine. My dad resides on the memory care floor, and while he requires a high level of care, the staff handles every situation with incredible patience and kindness. They are always prompt in meeting his needs, treating him and all residents with genuine compassion and dignity. Leaving my dad after a visit is never easy, but I walk away with the comfort of knowing he is in the hands of people who truly care.
