Smells disgusting, there was a rat in the room my brother was staying in and most of the cnas and nurses are so rude and don’t do their job.
My stay was a short one at this facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They addressed all issues in a timely manner and frequently checked in to see if issues were addressed and if I needed anything else. I was at the facility for physical and occupational therapy that department is phenomenal the focus was wellness and safety all staff members in that department were encouraging and spread positivity especially the department manager Valerie.
