In all the years that I had my dad angel Ramos placed at aperion on western it was a great experience the staff all became our 2nd family the support was amazing my dad was very comfortable with the other residents and the whole staff the residents all had a evening hang out with my dad for snacks and milk this death of my dad really caused a big heart break to the residents and the staff I truly recommend the facility to other members but the family also had to be involved with the patient and the staff in all the years I o... read more
The nursing staff is wonderful and caring some of them have a little more attitude than I like I am not an hard person to get along with but will Erin marathons around you if you treat my family in a manner that I did like. Other than the few I don’t think should be in this profession I love the place.
They are taking good care of my brother
