I got put there a year ago no a/c bugs all over they kept me drugged up to keep me quiet no tv I am involved with a law firm now the only good thing was nurse Ronda
My husband is currently living here and I must say it hasn’t been easy. The permanent staff there, one in particular, admissions director Jenet is the best. She serves the residents and their families with the utmost respect and care. She wears many hats at AperionCare Hillside including a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen to concerns that she rectifies to the best of her abilities. This place is horrible, dirty, and unprofessional. The patients are not getting proper care, they are always short staffed and no permanent nursing staff. The administrator is racist and rude. The DON is horrible. Do send your family to this place.
This place is trash,it needs to be shut down. The patient care is poor. Some of the staff are rude. Mrs. Rhonda Taylor is the best and kindest nurse at that facility. She always has a smile on her face, she is very helpful and caring toward the patients.
One star is to generous! Zero is more appropriate!
