This is a horrible place since the change in Management. The new owner Zev Rosenberg is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Run do not take your family there. Since the change every thing is horrible, residents can not get showers due to no towels and the owner lowered the linen supply. He has the marketer acting as housekeeping supervisor, Dietary Director, and his personal assistant. I promise you this place is nothing like it use to be. The building is decent but that’s all. My grandmother died here. Constant bed sores that wouldn’t heal because they kept her in the bed all day and were not turning her every two hour like recommended by her doctor. Many times the family had to feed her because she required a feeder, always understaffed. In last than a years time my grandmother went from fair to funeral. Don’t do it..
Please please please!!! What ever you do don’t put your love one’s in the place. Super ghetto and unprofessional.They need a new staff of social workers, TOO HOOD for me!
This place is horrific! Don’t trust them and their fake sales pitch from the “office” staff. They can’t properly care for any of these patients. Beware. Do your research and look up the reports on them. Your loved one will get bed sores and wounds that are not repairable.
