DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE!! My grandma was here for 2 months supposedly receiving therapy and doing so well everyday. This was the BIGGEST lie ever. They discharged her home to me and she traveled 2 hours away with almost 40 lbs of fluid and in CHF exacerbation for who knows how long. Now she has Been in a hospital for the past 3 weeks. Now we are taking her home on comfort care. DO NOT TRUST THE CHARGE NURSE, ADMINISTRATOR OR ANYONE ELSE IN THAT BUILDING!!
Employees were all wonderful. The bathroom was being used, there was a couple of people waiting, a nurse came by & opened Employee bathroom for me. Every one greeted me when I arrived. Even when I checked in, they helped me. When I visited my friend, they came in & asked if we needed anything. Was very impressed.☘️
Aperion Care has received the award for "Bronze Commitment to Quality Award". They deserve it. They took the best care of my mom.
