If I could rate this establishment truly and honestly I would give it no stars. No honorable mentions. The state of the building is never what it could be. The atmosphere is heavily lacking for enrichment and activities for the residents. Only a handful of nurses that are employed here actually have outstanding bedside manner and are approachable. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I just recently made a trip from East Syracuse NY to this facility to check on my mother. She was put here at the beginning of may for rehabilitation and I was totally amazed at the care and compassion this staff shows to all of the patients. After experiencing the nursing home in my area, I was preparing myself on my 13 hour drive to see my mother. I was beyond shocked.
