Very good experience as soon as I entered everyone was friendly, and my family member well taken care of!!!
I had a friend who has had to be in this rehab facility a couple of times. I want to thank Birdie for her caring and compassionate attention to my friend I live out of state and could not visit. Birdie took my calls and kept me updated. She made sure he was taken care of and helped with his return home. Awesome!!!
Aperian Care Elgin is a clean & well managed facility with a caring and attentive staff. From what I’ve observed, the residents are treated with kindness and respect. (Tyrone & Georgie are especially wonderful!)
Very thankful with the assistance we had doing the admitting and the procces . Georgie was soo helpful ‘we are very happy and looking forward for my mom to be with other peopple to interect with and I. Looking forward for her to be doing other activities the the facility offers. The reception was also very helpful and friendly .
