We were blessed to find Aperion Care Burbank when our mom was in need of short-term rehab after she broke her arm. From admission to discharge the entire staff was amazing. Mom looked forward to therapy every day! The facility is always clean, there are activities all day, and everyone is very friendly. The leadership teams listen and address any concerns in a timely manner. Mom was discharged yesterday and already misses everyone. Thank you Aperion staff for taking such great care of Esther.

My husband has done nothing but thrive since his heart surgery in February 2025, suffering with many setbacks along the way. This was not a first choice for rehab but thankfully the last! The staff from upper management through nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, cna's, and supporting staff have all been wonderful giving 100% to make this stay so very productive, he refers to it as his "home". I am recommending this facility. I witnessed myself when i was there a few months ago how they are taking care of the senior residents. Liz and Brenda toured me around the building. You have everything you need for your loved ones including daily activities in order for them to get entertained.

Aperion Care is a very pleasant place for the Residents. Liz, the Activity Director, is very focused on helping the Residents to be nourished - Body, Mind and Soul. Thank you Aperion Care.
