DO NOT GO HERE. My grandfather is not being taken care of properly. His phone was stolen, he had no blanket when we got there, he didn't have any clean water, and he was also dirty and bruised. He had red marks his left eye, there were scratches on his head and he looked like he got punched. There are also no bathrooms inside the rooms.

I need to give a well deserved shout out to Olivia in Admissions at Arc. She is hard-working, knows her stuff, and goes the extra mile. I recently had my Dad and stepmother admitted (at the same time) and while I want to thank all the staff involved to make that happen- it was largely due to the hard work and committment of Olivia to get it done. I have nothing but good things to say about ARC of Bradley. I am the daughter of a current resident receiving wound care, antibiotics, and memory care. Her wound is healing! She is getting the therapy services she needs. The facility communicates with me regularly (even though I live in Florida!) and continue to advocate for what's best for my mom. If I could give this place 0 I would. My grandfather has been there for 2 weeks and has YET TO BE BATHED. The rooms are disgusting. The bathrooms are disgusting. He had turned his call light on BEFORE he had to use the bathroom and then sat in his own poop for TWO HOURS WITH THE CALL LIGHT STILL ON. There is also no warm water, at least not in his room, not sure about the whole facility. Needless to say, we will be moving him. Extremely disappointing

This place just wasn't the best fit for my mom... They did have some staff that seemed nice, but very lazy and my mom's infection wasn't being properly cared for... When my mom was release from Riverside hospital... The doctor said that her wound was supposed to be cleaned and covered everyday... The wound was on her butt area and they staff would leave her in soaking wet depends with a open uncovered wound... We voiced our concerns and their wasn't really anything done...
