Turned our tax info in April 1st. They waited until the end of the extension tax season October to submit our taxes and almost doubled the cost despite us waiting over 6 months to have our taxes done! Last years bill was 535$ this years 960$! And nothing significant has changed! Tried to get a break down of costs with minimal reasoning given! Awful company!
The firm made multiple errors that cost me hundreds of dollars, and they refused to take responsibility for their part in the errors. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.
