I've been with this building and these associates at least 35 years. Love them!
The Columbus branch is great but APCU as a whole is garbage. They charge for everything but constantly mess up your account. It takes forever for my pay check to go through and my card declines even though I have funds in my account. Everytime they have a problem with their system you can never get them on the phone. I will no longer be banking with them
