We’ve had roaches since we moved in and they haven’t fixed it. We’re trying to get out of our lease and they’re holding our security deposit hostage. In the process of suing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost.
I love being told that we'd get an update on Monday if we've been approved or not only to wait up till FRIDAY. Constant, "I'll let Micheal know," from Paul. No other form of help after that. Maybe this isn't the right job for you? NO communication whatsoever from Micheal (the one who showed us the property) he might as well have been just a ghost. Probably for the best, couldn't imagine having a real issue only to not be able to reach anyone.
Great team, always helped out quickly when anything came up, and was always very informative.
Really great managment helped me out.
