Hello everyone my name is Elaine, I’m fairly new to the property so I don’t know anyone by name, but I want to give a shoutout to our maintenance man he is awesome, very polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. And most of all the wait time is minimal and he does a very good job. Service is outstanding.
I had a poor experience with one of the managers at Garden Park Senior living Apartments. Her name is Isabel Felix, she had asked me while I was in the clubhouse if I had parked in front. I joked that all the cars were mine. Well she didn't see the jest and said I'm serious. The conversation was not very long but her demeanor was very negative and aggressive. I would like to compliment one of the staff members that helps us here at Garden Park Senior Living apartments. Living here for 5 years has allowed me the opportunity to be exposed to different members of the staff here; some not so nice and some very nice. I've communicated with Larry the maintenance man here. He is always helpful and very friendly. He takes care of all my maintenance needs. He never takes long to address any problems or concerns that I may have. Please give Larry a congratulations on a fantastic job
