This is a great place to live. It’s very quiet and the residents are friendly. This is a 55+. Jim is one of the residents there and he goes out his way for all the residents there. Every Tuesday he goes to the food pantry and brings them food. But the property management is very petty. They don’t want you to have too many plants on your patio. Larry communicates clearly and professionally, explaining the repair process to residents/staff in a calm, helpful manner.
