We had a very disappointing experience with this firm. Communication was poor throughout, which is particularly frustrating as experienced home sellers who know what to expect from legal representation. The transaction failed to close due to buyer non-performance. We moved on to a different law firm and successfully closed in March 2026. So much for helping the community. I needed 5 min but I understand $$$ --Update-- I don't think you can run on that statement anymore- you ARE NOT DEEPLY committed to OUR neighborhood. You can sponsor teams all you want but when a member of the community reaches out you build walls. I understand and sometimes it's not all about low consultation fees. Sometimes you have to be there for fellow neighbors even when you dont make anything out of it. It is what it is.
