The absolute worst office I've ever had to deal with. I've called numerous times, waited 30-45 minutes on hold each time, and when I finally make it to next in the queue, they send me to a voicemail that says they are unavailable. Oh, and they have a prerecorded message that they are not returning voicemails.

It would be greatly appreciated if they could have a voicemail that states when they are closed. I was on hold for 2 hours before being told by another that the office was closed on Fridays. I am very sad about wasting all this time.

Non-existent organization. Multiple attempts to contact. They hang up the phone without answering. They have a recorded message that states they WILL NOT return voice messages, but yet after waiting forever on the phone I get dumped into their voicemail. They have isolated themselves and will not answer the phone. Nor do they have an e-mail address. This speaks to them deliberately not helping tax paying citizens pay their taxes. This should not be allowed at any level.

NO ANSWER!! Never got a bill and due yesterday!! Called 4 times today and 30 min hold each time with no answer and hung up on twice. PATHETIC!!! How do they keep getting away with this year after year???

The Apache County Treasurer's Office consistently delivers excellent service to the taxpayers and clients of Apache County. While they may be short staffed at times, I can always count on their response to emails.
