Thomas was prompt, thorough and very courteous and friendly. He should get a raise.
Thomas saved the day! We are trying to get several thousand letters out when our folding machine had a jam that I couldn't resolve. I called Apache, and they sent out Thomas within 30 minutes. He was friendly, personable, and found the problem, and immediately fixed it. We were back and running in less than an hour. We are so grateful to Apache, and especially to Thomas!
