Jak is the absolute best! He is quick with solving all the issues we have with our machines.
Jak came out to troubleshoot for issues with our postage machine. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to explain the issues we were having with the printing cartridge. He also ran several tests before coming to a satisfactory solution. Definitely 5-star service!
